I am staying at Brooklyn Park which is only minutes from the city and not far from the beach. Its a quiet neighbourhood with IGA (supermarket), KFC, Red Roosters and other shops/cafes within walking distance on Henley Beach Rd. It's also not far from Harbour Town if you want to shop or buy groceries at Woolworths. A carport is available for use and we're only a few bus stops away from the city.
I am a 27 year old professional who is rarely at home. I have 2 rooms available which can easily fit queens size beds etc. The main bedroom is $140 and the second bedroom is $130. I am quite easy going. Looking for housemates who are clean, students or working professionals and friendly. Utilities to be shared.
