Looking for a Christian female 30 - 55 to share a 3brm house in Windsor Gardens. Only one room avail. Would prefer someone that is willing to stay the majority of the length of lease. Lease ends 11 March 2011. House is handy to public transport, shops and Gilles Plains TAFE. Room is avail from 28 April & you will need your own bedroom furniture.
Rent is $165 per week and includes Utilities and Internet. Bond will be $500
You will be sharing with myself and I am a young hearted 42yr old with Christian values and love to entertain people. I dont drink or do drugs & prefer to have neither in my house but am not opposed to approved tenant going out to drink in moderation.
I am looking for someone similar age that is respectful, honest, cleans up after themselves and most importantly reliable in paying their expenses on time are considerate of others. Smokers will need to smoke outside.
